Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Crude Cowboys is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in locating it.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package if it is returned to us.
